Payment is by credit card or debit card only. Cancellations made 72 hours before scheduled arrival will not be charged (except for the non-refundable booking fee). There are no refunds for no-shows. (If you need it, we will offer a one-time reservation move within 30 days of your stay, once per reservation.)
WILDERNESS
Please be mindful that our campground and railcar lodging is at the edge of thousands of miles of wilderness. While we have not had any dangerous interactions, we cannot predict when you may encounter wild animals including snakes, black bears, many different insects such as wasps and bees, as well as poison oak. Please take appropriate precautions and preparations for being in the wilderness with children, pets, food storage, and/or garbage.
CABOOSES & CABINS
CHECK IN 3PM - CHECK OUT 11AM
We aim to get you the caboose or cabin you reserved. Very rarely, a system-type issue, (water / power / maintenance), beyond our control, makes your accommodation unavailable. In that case, we will offer you the choice to change to a different accommodation (if available), or to a different date. If we change your room, there will not be any upcharge for the upgrade, and we will refund the difference if your reserved room was a higher price than the new one.
Base rate includes 1-2 people per lodging unit, including children. Children under 2 are free. Each additional person is $10 plus tax/per night.
RV & TENT SITES
CHECK IN 2PM - CHECK OUT 11AM
We do our best to reserve specific sites, though occasionally we may need to make site changes. We will try to accommodate you as best as possible.
Base rate includes 2 people and 1 vehicle per site. Each additional person is $5 plus tax. Maximum of 2 tents per site. A maximum of 6 people, including children, may occupy any site. Extra vehicles are $10 and are to be parked in overflow parking.
Please note that we do not offer cable TV hook-ups.
All visitors to your campsite must check-in at the office. All visitors at RV and tent sites are required to park in overflowing parking and must leave by 10PM, unless registered as a guest before the office closes.
EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT
May-October there are no late check-out opportunities due to the high volume and turn over of rooms and spaces. If your room is available for an early check-in, there will be a $25 early check-in fee for check-ins more than 30 minutes early.
November-April, a 30 minute late check-out opportunity may be requested, but not guaranteed.
PARKING
If you have two vehicles or an oversized vehicle, you may park your additional car in our onsite overflow parking located between the Caboose Lodge & RV Park for $10.00 per vehicle per day. One vehicle is permitted w/out a trailer in front of each lodging accommodation, or at each camp site. (We do not have an EV Charging Station.)
INTERNET
We have a 250mbs fiber optic connection coming into our Lodge, which provides internet through a complicated system of wired and wireless access points. While this is a very reliable system about 98% of the time, we are in a forested valley at the edge of the wilderness, and occasionally some areas don't work as well as others, especially when our occupancy is high, and many guests are using bandwidth at the same time. High Speed internet is an amenity that we work hard to continually provide, but it is a free amenity and is not guaranteed 100% of the time.
PETS
Pets are welcome as long as they are kept on a leash at all times, and not allowed to bark excessively, (you may be asked to leave if your dogs disturb other guests). Pets should never be left unattended or alone in a campsite or caboose.
Pets are welcome in the campground for free. Pets are welcome in some caboose units with a lodging fee of $25 per pet, per night, plus tax. Maximum of two pets per booking.
Please clean up after your pet and dispose of dog waste in the receptacle by the office.
TELEVISION
We provide Roku smart TVs in cabooses and cabins, which enable you to stream movies, popular shows, and 24/7 live news. You can also login to your favorite other streaming platforms. Please ask the front desk for more information. We do not offer cable TV anywhere on site.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Please respect other guests.
ROOM DAMAGE/MISSING ITEMS/EXCESSIVE CLEANING
Fees will be charged to bring rooms back to their original state, and may include lost revenue
CAMPSITE CARE
Please do not move picnic tables to other sites.
Please remove everything you brought to your site. Normal garbage may be placed in the dumpster near the Game Room. Please do not put appliances, sleeping bags, large items, etc. in the dumpster.

SAFETY
Safety is our number one priority, please be cautious and mindful of hazards at all times. Use handrails and handholds when entering cabooses or climbing up to the cupolas. Climbing on the locomotive and other railroad equipment is prohibited unless specifically allowed by signage. Jubilee Railroad is located in the wilderness with wild animals, potentially dangerous waterways, poisonous plants and other hazards, so be mindful and take precautions at all times. Stairways, walkways and driveways can be icy or slippery, especially in the winter months. Please report any hazardous situation to a lodge employee immediately.
The following also relate to safety here at Jubilee Railroad:
WILDERNESS
Please be mindful that we are located in the wilderness and you may encounter wild animals, bears, snakes, insects and poison oak. ALWAYS USE THE bear-proof dumpsters for trash and never leave food in your tent or cooler overnight. We have pamphlets on bear safety at the camp store and at the front desk.
CHILDREN
Under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
POOL AND HOT TUB
Open seasonally for registered lodging and campground guests only, and only available during the hours of 8am - 8pm. We have no lifeguard on duty and children under 12 always require an adult accompaniment. Please follow all posted rules.
CAMPFIRES
Campfires are only allowed in designated fire rings. NEVER leave fires unattended. Do not put trash, metal or glass into the fire rings. Keep fires contained and small - we are in the woods and this is never a place for large bonfires. You will be asked to leave if you do not keep your fire small and contained. During high fire danger conditions, campfires will absolutely be prohibited. COMPLETELY extinguishing any and all fires before retiring for the evening is absolutely required.
FIREWORKS, FIREARMS, DIRT BIKES, ATV's & DRONES
The use of any of these are prohibited on the grounds.
LIABILITY WAIVER
You agree that Jubilee Railroad, its officers or employees will not be responsible for accidents, personal property loss, property damage or personal injuries occurring on resort property. By booking, you accept liability for all other guests in your party.
Please be sure that ALL guests are aware of these rules and policies. Management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave for non-adherence to these policies or for any other reason.
Thank you!
