Denny Bar Distillery 4 Course Tasting Dinner

Featuring: Chef Adam Ornellas, Master Distiller Austin Nagelkirk, Master of Ceremonies Tony Jelke

Chef Adam Ornellas is partnering with the Denny Bar Distillery to create an experience of fine food and spirits. Each course will feature a Denny Bar liquor both as an ingredient in the dish as well as a drink pairing.

1st Course: Shaved Pear and Endive Salad with Denny Bar Blueberry Gin
2nd Course: Braised Jenner Beef Short Ribs with Denny Hearts Creed Whiskey Walnut Gelatin
Main Course: French Boned Thick Cut Duroc Pork Chop Roosevelt Whiskey Demi-glace
Dessert Course: Denny Bar Lemon Vodka Sorbet This event begins at 5:00 pm.
